We work closely with the North Shore Palliative Care Program which provides direct hands on care. Our focus is on advocacy, public education and fundraising.
We were incorporated under the BC Societies Act in 1982. We are governed by a volunteer President and Board of Directors, elected annually by the membership. The Board consists of health care professionals and interested citizens.
Our mission is to support exemplary hospice/palliative care for people at the end of their lives and to support their family and friends.
Thursday, December 4th, 2008. Honour a Life is our annual celebration of loved ones.
